Jayme Fath,

MC, CCC

Registered Provisional Psychologist

Hi, I'm Jayme, a Therapist who works with individuals and couples.

Life is a journey filled with many changes, challenges, and transitions. Whether you're navigating a career shift, relationship upheaval, personal growth, or another significant life event, these moments may evoke emotions (such as sadness, joy, anger, fear, disgust) or otherwise be unsettling.

During our work together, you'll find that I'm deeply invested in understanding what truly matters to you as individuals and that I tailor my approach to your goals. I believe that everyone who seeks therapy possesses inherent strengths, aspirations, and desires, even amidst their obstacles and challenges.

By exploring what's most important to you, including the aspects you may not initially favour, we can gain insight into where you want to be in life and collaboratively develop a roadmap to get there. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who feel stuck in a repetitive loop but have a yearning for freedom from this cycle. In my experience, tapping into one's emotions can be a powerful motivator for meaningful, positive change. After all, conflict and struggle when an individual is well-resourced, can also lead to tremendous growth, and insight.

No matter where you currently find yourself on this journey, we can start from that point and proceed at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can explore a direction that aligns with your values, needs and aspirations, allowing you to navigate the complexities of life and relationships with greater clarity and resilience.

Available Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Saturdays. Sessions are available virtually & in-person.

The shortest path to enjoying your life is discovering yourself.

My role is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for you to explore your experiences, emotions, and desires, empowering you to cultivate the relationships and/or life you truly want. As a clinician, I strive to provide an affirmative, inclusive, and supportive environment for individuals within the LGBTQ (+) community and beyond. I understand the unique challenges and experiences that come with navigating relationships, identity, and self-acceptance as a person.

Whatever it is, how you tell your story can make all the difference.

At the heart of many people, there lies a delicate dance between joy and pain, a dance often overshadowed by shame, guilt, overwhelm and hopelessness surrounding sex and sexuality. I've witnessed the pain of individuals and couples grappling with feelings of neglect and unmet needs. Relationships eroding into spaces of resentment.

It's witnessing this transformation – where vibrant connections diminish into quiet despair – that drove me to become a sex and relationship therapist. To help individuals heal from shame, trauma and the hurt that comes from broken relationships from childhood to now. Let’s make this your time to heal.

We are here to create a space where you feel safe discussing your sexual fears, relationship anxieties, shame, hopes and ambitions.
