What to expect:
Each session is 50-minute long.
The first session is an intake where your therapist gets to learn about your life journey and understands your concern holistically. Sessions beyond that dive deeper into your healing journey.
Extended health benefits may cover the counselling sessions. You will need to verify with your benefits provider on your plan coverage.
