SEX THERAPY | EDMONTON
Let's talk about sex…
Life can suck sometimes. And for some of us it’s been like that for a while and it feels like forever. You and your partner may be arguing about sex often, and then you avoid it altogether. As a couple you have mismatched couple sexual desires which have caused tension around sex. You may feel like you are not putting in your share of fun because of erectile dysfunction, or pain during sex. We know, sexual tension can leave you feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and alone.
What is sex Therapy?
Sex therapy is a specialized form of psychotherapy aimed at addressing psychological, emotional, and physical issues related to sexual health and intimacy. It helps individuals and couples explore, understand, and overcome challenges in their sexual lives. The focus is on improving sexual function, enhancing emotional intimacy, and addressing any psychological or relational factors that may be contributing to sexual problems.
Goals of Sex Therapy

2. Improve Communication: Foster open and honest communication about intimacy and desires between partners.
3. Resolve Sexual Issues: Address specific issues such as erectile dysfunction, low libido, or difficulty achieving orgasm.
