Registered Psychologist
Hi there, my name is Kenzie, a Registered Psychologist who offers counselling to individuals and couples.
Navigating the challenges of relationships and intimacy can be difficult. My goal is to create a safe space for you to share and embrace vulnerability in your connections, improve communication, and work through conflict with clarity and respect.
I also work with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves, supporting them in making sense of their experiences and moving forward with a stronger sense of self.
Gender and sexuality aren't one-size-fits-all concepts. They are personal, diverse, and include a myriad of expressions and identities. Sexuality is a natural aspect of the human experience, and there’s no shame in celebrating it. Gender is a complex, multifaceted, and important form of self-expression. So, in a society that often shrouds sexuality and gender-diverse identities in secrecy or shame, let's choose acceptance. I encourage you to come as you are - we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you
