Kenzie Brinsmead,

BA, MACP

Registered Provisional Psychologist

Hi, my name is Kenzie, a Registered Provisional Psychologist who offers counselling to individuals and couples.

I understand that navigating the challenges of relationships and intimacy can be difficult. My goal is to create a safe space for you to share, grow, and embrace vulnerability in your connections. Together, we'll navigate the complexities of relationships, unravel knots, and foster the connections you crave– no pressure, just genuine commitment to your well-being.

Gender and sexuality aren't one-size-fits-all concepts. They are personal, diverse, and include a myriad of expressions and identities. Sexuality is a natural aspect of the human experience, and there’s no shame in celebrating it. Gender is a complex, multifaceted, and important form of self-expression. So, in a society that often shrouds sexuality and gender-diverse identities in secrecy or shame, let's choose openness. I encourage you to come as you are in our sessions and I will meet you where you are in your journey.
