Sesu Moyo, MSW, RSW
Master of Social Work (Clinical Specialization)
Hey, I’m Sesu, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. Whether you’re feeling disconnected in your relationship, struggling with intimacy, carrying the emotional weight of anxiety or depression, or simply trying to find yourself again—you’ve come to the right place.
I work with individuals and couples navigating a range of concerns—everything from communication breakdowns, parenting and conflict to mismatched libidos and sexual shame. I also hold a special focus on women’s health, including perinatal mood and anxiety issues, body issues, trauma, identity shifts in motherhood, and the mental load so many women silently carry.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, unsure of how to ask for what you need—or even what you need in the first place—you’re not alone. Maybe you’re trying to reconnect with your body, reclaim your desire, or untangle the impact of trauma, self-doubt, or cultural expectations. I’m here to walk alongside you with care and curiosity.
I'd love to meet you if you’re ready to take that next step. Let’s Talk!

Our relationships are some of the most important aspects of our well-being.
I am passionate about helping people explore their sexuality in a safe and non-judgmental space. Everyone's sexual journey is unique; my hope as your therapist is together, we create a space where we can talk about sex and relationships in a way that incorporates body, mind, and heart, while having some fun while we are at it.
My approach to therapy is rooted in relational and attachment-based knowledge; as relationships are how we come to know ourselves, and the world, survive and grow. I practice from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, holistic and sex-positive perspective. This boils down to the idea that together, we will examine the messages you have received with compassion and curiosity to see if they are still serving you.
