Brooklyn Chang, MSW, RSW

Registered Social Worker

Hey, I’m Brooklyn, and I’m so happy you are here. Whatever brings you to this space, whether it is trouble in relationships, concerns about your sexuality, or everyday feelings of distress, discomfort, or disconnection, know that you've come to the right place.

I believe relationships, mental health, and sex are key to well-being and happiness. I provide a safe, accepting space for self-exploration with openness and honesty. I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples with self-esteem, religious/sexual trauma, and sexual confidence. I also support anxiety, depression, boundaries, trauma, grief, emotional regulation, and navigating sexual desires (Kink and BDSM friendly).

I work with individuals and couples from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ2S+, BDSM, and Ethical Non-Monogamy communities. I honor diverse identities, recognizing that each culture and community holds unique values around relationships and intimacy.

Rooted in relational and attachment-based principles, my therapy approach is anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, holistic, and sex-positive. Together, we’ll explore the messages you’ve received with compassion and curiosity to determine if they still serve you.

Our relationships are some of the most important aspects of our well-being.

I am passionate about helping people explore their sexuality in a safe and non-judgmental space. Everyone's sexual journey is unique; my hope as your therapist is together, we create a space where we can talk about sex and relationships in a way that incorporates body, mind, and heart, while having some fun while we are at it.

My approach to therapy is rooted in relational and attachment-based knowledge; as relationships are how we come to know ourselves, and the world, survive and grow. I practice from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, holistic and sex-positive perspective. This boils down to the idea that together, we will examine the messages you have received with compassion and curiosity to see if they are still serving you.
