Vanessa Murray, MACP, C.C.C.

Clinical Counsellor

Hi, I’m Kate. Thank you for being here. I am a clinical counsellor and work with individuals and couples from all backgrounds.

If you are feeling disconnected, navigating challenges with intimacy or relationships, or struggling with anxiety, depression, or emotional regulation, it would be an honour to walk alongside you. Together we can explore the difficult emotions and thoughts you are experiencing, moving at whatever pace feels safest for you.

My practice is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and draws from CBT, EFT, and SFBT. It is important to me that you always feel seen, heard, and respected. My goal is to create a safe space for you to land when life is challenging. I would love to meet you where you are and take your next steps towards healing with you.
