Vanessa Murray, MACP, C.C.C.

Clinical Counsellor

Hi, I'm Vanessa, a counselling therapist specializing in supporting couples and individuals through the complexities of relationship challenges.

Whether you're struggling with communicating with your partner, infidelity, sexual trauma, anxiety around sex or feelings of shame and guilt, my goal is to offer a genuine, nonjudgmental, and safe space where you can begin to heal.

I understand that discussing sex & relationship challenges can feel daunting and vulnerable especially  if you come from a culture or background where these topics are taboo. You might worry about judgement, experience conflicting emotions, or face cultural barriers. My approach is to welcome all your feelings and provide a compassionate environment where you can explore and address these issues openly.

In our sessions, I aim to meet you exactly where you are in your healing journey. My therapy room is a warm, inclusive space where empathy and authenticity guide our work together. I believe in the resilience and strength within each person and strive to empower you to overcome challenges and grow.

My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally sensitive, tailored to fit your unique needs and circumstances. You don't have to navigate these difficult emotions alone. I'm here to help you process your experiences, alleviate some of the weight you're carrying, and support you and your partner in finding a path forward.

I would be honored to be a part of your  journey towards healing, understanding, and renewed connection, fulfilling relationship and sexual intimacy.

I enjoy helping people feel more comfortable in discussing their sexual health, wellness and fulfillment and I’m eager to collaborate with you to achieve your personal and relationship goals.
