SEX THERAPY
Let's talk about sex…
Life can suck sometimes. And for some of us it’s been like that for a while and it feels like forever. You and your partner may be arguing about sex often, and then you avoid it altogether. As a couple you have mismatched couple sexual desires which have caused tension around sex. You may feel like you are not putting in your share of fun because of erectile dysfunction, or pain during sex. We know, sexual tension can leave you feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and alone.
Maybe you beat yourself up over how your body and mind seem to fail you in the bedroom. Stress, anxiety, or depression can make you dread sex. Shame might also be a constant feature on your mind.
You wonder. Why does sex have to be so awkward and stressful, when it seems like everyone else has it figured out? Why is it not as spontaneous and easy as it seems in the movies?
Whether sex has been frustrating you for decades, and you’ve lost confidence or you just had an awkward night, it’s possible to change things. Sex Therapy can help you get to a better place.
At Life Collective Counselling our approach is to meet you exactly where you are and provide a healthy space where you can explore and identify solutions to achieve your goals.
We will listen to you with compassion, provide education and resources that can help get to the heart of your sexual problems, and help you (and your partner) have better intimacy.
