Absolutely not! We do encourage active participation, however this is entirely up to you! If you just want to sit back, learn, and participate in the private exercises with your partner, you are welcome to do so.

The workshop is broken into two parts. There's a lecture piece where the facilitators teach you how to have healthy relationships, understand your relationship's cycles and why they are not serving you.
Then, there is a couple of interaction pieces. In this part, you will be given a chance in pairs with your partner to try the tools you have been given. You will get to ask questions about the information provided to you.
